The shopping district of Harburg is situated not far from our hotel. Just right place for strolling or having a cup of coffee open-air. The nearby Harburg cityhall and some half-timbered houses from the 17th and 18th century are worth seeing. You can find them in the "Lämmertwiete" (old district of Harburg) where many bars and restaurants are located. Take a walk around the lake Außenmühlenteich or through the Harburg city park which is one of the most beautiful parks in Northern Germany.
Our hotel is an ideal starting-point for a trip to the southern surroundings of Hamburg like the so called "Alte Land" or the Harburg Mountains.

The hotel has an easily accessible location in the south of Hamburg, just 5 minutes from the A1 (Lübeck-Bremen) and A7 (Flensburg-Hannover) motorways. It takes approx. 15-20 minutes to reach Hamburg's city centre and exhibition grounds.

Arriving by car:
Via the A1:
- Leave the A1 at the exit Hamburg-Harburg
- Continue straight ahead until you reach the railway underpass on Neuländer Straße
- Just after this, turn left into Hannoversche Straße and continue straight ahead until you reach the traffic lights
- Turn right into Buxtehuder Straße
- Get in the left-hand lane and after the "Marktkauf" store turn left into Goldschmidtstraße
- You will see our hotel entrance on the right-hand side

Via the A7:
- Leave the A7 at the exit Hamburg-Heimfeld
- Turn right at the first set of traffic lights to enter Stader Straße
- After the Krupp walkway, turn right into Goldschmidtstraße
- You will see our hotel entrance on the right-hand side

Arriving by public transport:
- From the main railway station, take the S-Bahn (city rail) line S3 or S31 towards Neugraben
- Get out at Harburg Rathaus station (approx. 15 minutes)
- Leave the station in the opposite direction to which you were travelling (the Harburger Ring exit)
- The hotel is located approx. 200 metres from the station
