The Haymarket Area is to the West End of the New Town in Edinburgh. It is only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street and George Street, Edinburgh's main shopping areas, while the EICC and Lothian Road are also within a 5 minute walk for those on business.

20 minutes walk along Haymarket Terrace from the hotel brings you to Murrayfield and 15 minutes walk along Dalry Road brings you to Gorgie and Tynecastle Stadium.

Either take taxi, the Airport Link double decker bus to Haymarket or the Airport Shuttle bus, which will stop at the hotel.

From Haymarket Station:
Edinburgh’s 2nd Railway station is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel:
- Exit the station and turn left along Haymarket Terrace.
- Continue walking and cross the road at the pedestrian crossing.
- Continue along the opposite side of Haymarket Terrace until the road opens at the bus stop; the Apex European sits away from the road on the right-hand side.

By car:
From Glasgow:
- Take the A8.
- Follow signs to Haymarket Station.
- Once you reach Haymarket, head for Haymarket Terrace, with the Railway station on the left-hand side.
